ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Kokoda members are invited you to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Kokoda Foundation.

The primary items of business anticipated at the AGM are:
•    Consideration of minutes of the last AGM held on 30 November 2011
•    Consideration of the Auditor’s Report for FY 11/12
•    Consideration of the Directors’ Report for FY11/12
•    Chairman’s presentation on the Foundation’s activities
•    Election of Directors
•    Any other business

When: Wednesday 28 November at 6.00 pm
Where: Spender Theatre, Australian Defence College, Weston Creek
