Defining Strategy
Our professional development workshop is designed primarily for participants in our Professional Development and Training Program and for Young Strategic Leaders. From the basis of their experience, our speakers focussed on the question, "What is strategic thinking?". They explored how the concept of strategy and strategic thinking is changing and if it is a result of the impact of ubiquitous mobility and a 24 hour media cycle.
